A2. 16-24 Bench Jumps (have both hands on bench while jumping, the feet must touch the bench before coming down)

A3. 6-8 Unbroken Tempo Pull-ups (4111) 80-90% effort

A4. 6-8 Unbroken Tempo Front Squat (4111) 80-90% effort (Clean the weight up)

A5. 8-10 Box HSPU on toes or knees (really focus on pressing through at the finish)
