Buy In: Partner A runs 150 meters, partner 2 is on the Bike . As soon as the runner comes in you complete the following:

90 Wall Balls

60 Hang Power Snatch

80 Box jumps

50 Front Squats

70 Burpees

40 Thrusters

On the 3 minute mark you go back to the run and bike (now Partner B runs) Then you continue where you left of.
