Heimaæfing 27.03.2020 ✨ . A. E2M x 4 sets: 5/5 Single Leg Hip Thrust + 10 regular Hip Thrust + 5/5 Downward Facing Dog + Knee To Chest . B. Intervals 90 sec ON, 30 sec OFF x 6 sets: 5/5 Single Arm KB/DB Thrusters 10 V-ups/ Tuck Ups 5/5 KB/DB Snatch 10 Back Extensions . Always start the next interval from the exersice you were on the intervals before. . Athugið að KB og DB Snatch er sýnt í myndbandinu. TuckUps er eins og V-Ups nema fætur eru bognir svo hné fara að brjóstkassa. Þá er líka hægt að halda fótum beint upp í loft og færa aðeins efri líkamann upp og niður. .
